The Writing Center is a beautiful working environment. My coworkers and boss are all compassionate, friendly, and intelligent individuals who are a delight to collaborate with! Additionally, there is a great sense of personal satisfaction in helping others become more confident, succinct, and effective communicators.

What I liked
I liked working with new technology and software and learning how to manage computers in a lab setting. The experience i gained has helped in classes and interviews for future jobs
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have worked with others in a team more closely.
Advice
One piece of advice is to always triple check your process before you consider something complete. it is better to be checking on something you already did than learning you forgot something after you thought you were finished.

With field jobs- be prepared for adverse weather but make sure you find some way to be comfy at the end of the day.

I have loved working with the people, both coworkers and clients. I have learned a lot about how a clinic runs and what it takes to keep it going.

That I could get more than 20 hours, but it is a work study position.
