What I liked
I absolutely loved my experience as an A Teamer at Utah State. I was privileged with the opportunity to meet so many incredible people, learn their stories, and be a resource to them as they began a new chapter of their lives. Not only was I able to be a mentor/leader to these incoming freshman, I was blessed with the most incredible coworkers and employers imaginable. This job has taught me so much more about myself and others, than I could ever dream about, and has made me a much better person because of it. For anyone looking to apply for this position, I 100% recommend it. I wouldn't trade this experience for the world, and I am so thankful that I was able to be apart of such an amazing team.
What I wish was different
Orientation days are long and can be exhausting. However, as much as I wished they were a little shorter, I think it really pushed just enough to teach me about keeping a positive attitude and a strong mentality.
Advice
To be apart of the A Team is to be apart of something so much bigger than yourself. If you are lucky enough to become apart of this team, my biggest piece of advice is to enjoy every moment of this experience. Don't take this experience for granted because it will come and go faster than you think. The people you meet, the experiences you have, the lessons you will learn, are all beyond what you imagine going into it, and they will exceed any expectation you currently have. Live in the moment, be here now.

They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling around your classes and they give their employees free meals which is great for a college student. The people were also really great!

Not much, they spend a lot of time on getting feedback from employees so anything I wanted to changed was heard.

You need to be able to talk to people and explain rules, directions and other information in detail.
