I love working here. I get to work with very gifted kids and the standards are very high. Almost never any issues with students not doing their work or poor behavior. I highly recommend this job to anyone serious about teaching and wanting to live overseas. Pay is highly competitive and the bosses are really supportive.
What I wish was different
As we've almost doubled in size the last 10 years it has been hard to fairly distribute certain things. They're moving to a more corporate structure and trying to figure things out. I am totally understanding but also wish certain things were a bit clearer sometimes.

Come in with an open mind and be ready to learn. There are plenty of people here who want to help you grow.
