Lesley is very attentive and available for questions. The schedule is flexible and online.
What I wish was different
Even though the position is online, I wish there was a bit more structure to the times of the work. Having concrete deadlines for when weekly work was due would decrease the stress.
Advice
Make sure you stay on top of your communications and keep your google drive organized!
