“I loved making connections and friendships with both my team and incoming students. Working on a team over the summer strengthened my leadership, communication, and professional skills. I really enjoyed doing this position a second time around and communicating with incoming students, assisting group activities, and planning welcome week with over 500 students attending. It opened up new opportunities for me and I'm glad that I pushed myself to do a job that pushed me out of my comfort zone.”
