I enjoyed how the bosses let the workers work at their personal rate. Some are faster than others and they understood this, which made it easier for the workers to feel confident and needed at the job. The co-workers were also kind and friendly with one another. The experience of library work was and is a great thing for me since I am deciding on whether I want to go to get my MLS or MBA.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the workers would have not taken advantage of the bosses kindness and ignore some of their duties.
Advice
Find a place where you can be happy working at. Don't take a job just for the money, get it for the knowledge and make sure you'll enjoy is if you're going to be there for the rest of your life.
