“I enjoyed how the bosses let the workers work at their personal rate. Some are faster than others and they understood this, which made it easier for the workers to feel confident and needed at the job. The co-workers were also kind and friendly with one another. The experience of library work was and is a great thing for me since I am deciding on whether I want to go to get my MLS or MBA.”
