I really loved how friendly and helpful my coworkers were. They never hesitated to answer any questions I may have and even went out of their ways to explain new concepts that may be useful in my future career. They also value work-life balance which is something I really appreciated while I was working there.
My responsibilities were mostly in the office but I also got to be in the field every day to check on construction progress so I love that I got to experience the best of both worlds. It was a rewarding experience to see concepts on paper happening right in front of your eyes and knowing that you had a part in making it happen.
