I like how friendly and supportive coworkers are. I also liked how there was always something to do.
What I wish was different
I wish that the upper management would change. Many of the managers they hire are incompetent, disorganized and apathetic about store policies. There have luckily been a few exceptions that have been the backbone of the store's ability to remain functional
Advice
You will get a lot of hours but do not be afraid to say no to management or get the union involved when unreasonable demands are made.
