I felt like I was part of a community there and the kids enjoyed their summer and were fun to be around, knowing they were getting something out of their summer
What I wish was different
The organization of the activities and other activities on the side should have been made more available for those who were not taking an interest in the current activity.
Advice
Just show up and do your best and that is how I made an impact, both with my group of kids and my co-workers.
