About Kings Bay Y: MISSION STATEMENT
Inspired by Jewish values and ideas, the Kings Bay YM/YWHA strives to build and strengthen communities, create meaningful relationships and lasting friendships, and foster deeper connections among individuals, families, and partner institutions in Brooklyn.
As a Jewish Community Center and a beneficiary agency of UJA-Federation of New York, we seek to address the needs of our diverse constituents, including both the Jewish community and the community at large, including families and individuals of all ages and ethnic, racial, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
We are grateful for the ongoing capital and program assistance provided by New York State Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein and New York State Assemblyman Steven Cymbrowitz, New York City Councilman Alan Maisel, New York City Councilman Brad Lander, New York City Councilman Chaim Deutsch and New York City Councilman Mark Treyger.
