What I liked

I liked how I was able to see all aspects of the hotel and operations. Some days were really crazy and filled with learning opportunities!

What I wish was different

I do wish there was more staff in the hotel, we were understaffed and felt like we were drowning a lot during the busy summer.

Advice

Keep an open mind! its a great opportunity to get a real life experience in the industry and was very helpful in developing me professionally!
