Family & Community
We are a New Jersey based, family owned company established in 1979. We are active in the communities surrounding our various properties. We have made donations to benefit charities such as Susan G Komen for the Cure in Central & South Jersey, The Foodbank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties, and Hometown Heroes of Toms River (part of Restore the Shore).

Quality
Checklists are an efficient way of ensuring our quality standards are met. Everyone from Front Desk staff up to the General Managers is responsible for completing various checklists throughout the day. Perhaps the most important of the quality control checklists are the Manager On Duty (MOD) Checklist, Preventative Maintenance (PM) Checklist, and the Housekeeping Score Sheet. We go above and beyond the standards required by our franchised brands.
