There are so many different departments you can work in. At the stadium, I was in catering, but could have worked in concessions, suites, or their full service year round restaurant.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to spend there! I loved that my boss trusted me to make changes, but I only had a couple months to see the progress.
Advice
Treat every day like an interview. My sophomore year catering associate internship helped me get a supervisor position just one year later.

What I liked
I was able to be at almost every home game over the summer. I met a lot of great people and had the opportunity to work with a team of great employees. I gained experience in multiple areas of HR that I will be able to use for different careers.

Different leadership styles from the managers.

Try learn and be as involved as you can during the internship. You might not necessarily be doing what you expected, but you can learn a lot of new things during the experience.

I got to explore Yellowstone National park on my days off and connect with people from all over the world, all while managing and supervising the general store in Yellowstone's Canyon Village.

The work week was 40 hours. I would have enjoyed more off time to hike and enjoy the park.

Learned about the operations of a large scale business at Miller Park. Gained experience in management and auditing.
What I wish was different
I wish I would've worked with more financial information to gain more experience in that area than in management.
Advice
You need to be prepared to do any kind of work, although my main position was as an auditor, I helped out in just about every department in concessions at Miller Park.
