Delaware North provides amazing experiences but this location had lots of problems, I would work for them again just not at Shenandoah

What I liked
I was able to be at almost every home game over the summer. I met a lot of great people and had the opportunity to work with a team of great employees. I gained experience in multiple areas of HR that I will be able to use for different careers.

Different leadership styles from the managers.
Advice
Try learn and be as involved as you can during the internship. You might not necessarily be doing what you expected, but you can learn a lot of new things during the experience.
