The Danbury Westerners was a place where every intern, player, volunteer, and the fans came together like a family. It was such a welcoming environment and my supervisor, Bill, did a great job making sure everything came together for game day. It was great to work in a sport that is my favorite too!
What I wish was different
I wish I got to experience this league all-year-round but unfortunately, it was a summer league.

Get to know everyone that you are working for, it is a great way to network.
