I enjoyed working in a fast pace environment. Working at Dairy Queen forced me to be efficient, good under pressure, and challenged me to be better and faster each day.
What I wish was different
I wish the employees got more hours as well as better training to deal with emergency situations.

What I liked
Being able to get the hours that I wanted, pay is pretty decent, the job itself is pretty easy and the customers are great majority of the time.
What I wish was different
It would have been much better had I worked with people who actually cared even a little bit about their job and who wouldn't call off unnecessarily and quit because they can't handle an easy job.
Advice
Expect the unexpected, never get comfortable because it's always changing, check prepared to work with people who just don't care.

What I wish was different
I wish the management was better. The boss was never there and let an incompetent worker be in charge when she was on vacation: a lot of flaws in the management aspect
