Overall it was an incredible experience! The staff is wonderful, the location is beautiful, and the kids are amazing! I learned so many new skills and classroom management techniques. The camp alumni are also very active and help keep the history of this nearly 100 year old camp alive!
What I wish was different
There is only 1 bathroom building for boys and 2 for girls, which means you may have to walk all the way across camp to go. So make sure all your campers go before your activity!
Advice
Learn everything you can! People are excited to teach you, so take advantage of it! I learned how to climb, facilitate high ropes, shoot archery, canoe, identify animal tracks, and so much more!
