“My favorite thing about working with ATS, is the culture of the office and the people I work with. Going into this internship, I didn't know a single thing about the transportation industry. ATS had an extremely well set up training program to help all of the interns learn about the industry and get us prepped and ready for the summer. Everyone in the office is so willing to help you learn and answer all of your questions. They immediately made me feel welcome within the first day of me being there. Additionally, I really enjoyed how organized and well put together the summer internship was. Every week, me and the other interns got to sit down with other departments (marketing, sales, accounting, HR, IT, etc. ) and learn about what they do within the ATS business. It was a great opportunity to learn about how the business departments all work together and allow us to explore our interests outside of operations to see if that is something we would like to do in the future.”
