I loved working on goals with the clients of the house. I had 4 primary residents at the home I was located and they all were so appreciative of everything I did. This job provided me with valuable experience in the realm of mental health disorders and mental disabilities.
What I wish was different
I wish that the turnover of staff would not have been so frequent.

You have to enter a house like this with an open mind and heart. Jobs like this require compassion, grace, and patience.
