What I liked

I loved the organized and fast-paced environment. I always knew when and where I was needed on the mobile scheduling platform and the physical hand copy they provided at the start of each shift. I appreciated that very much! It was also an incredible area to be. The harbor and the ocean are breathtaking.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have worked here longer! I had to return to school earlier to pursue my next job, which I also love.

Advice

I really enjoyed this experience and I hope I find my way back there in the future! I do not have any advice at this time, but I do have a compliment! I wanted to work for Wychmere when I first found them on Indeed the summer of 2022, but the hiring manager was very distant, so I went to another company. I am thankful I was able to be a part of the Wychmere family this season! Their current management and communication were much better than what I had experienced at first. They're awesome, thanks for everything!
