What I wish was different
I do wish there were more engineers available to help with training but I do like that it is a small company and very familial so I know it would be different if that were to change.
Advice
Its important to be open to different possibilities. The hardest part was finding this job. Be prepared for interviews, career fairs. Pinpoint the companies you want to talk to and learn a little bit about them. Be forward and comfortable.

If you have to leave your job make sure you do it on a good note that way people will be willing to be a future reference for you.
