What I liked
Fun environment, ability to gain leadership experience, competitive pay, fairly flexible scheduling, and ability to get just about as many hours as I wanted.
What I wish was different
Better staffing would have been largely beneficial, I had to stay late after a majority of shifts due to lack of personnel.
Advice
Get to know as many people as possible, it will make it much more enjoyable and efficient. Be willing to learn and work, the weather is not always ideal to work in but if you keep a positive attitude it is one of the best jobs you could possibly have.

What I liked
I liked that I got to work in a kitchen all day, mentor my employees. I enjoyed teaching others what I knew.
What I wish was different
I wish that the managers wouldn’t have been so negative towards all of the employees. They could have acted more supportive.
Advice
It can be fun, but it is a really tough work environment. Just keep your head up and know that the money will pay off.

I liked that I had a wide range of job responsibilities.

There was not a good management team this season and so it was a difficult season.
Advice
I would say that it is a good temporary summer job for students during summer break.
