I loved being outside and interacting with some many people from all over the world. My coworkers were amazing. It was also helpful that they provide housing for employees.
What I wish was different
As a family run company it is not very comercial and can feel a little unstructured at times.
Advice
Getting these jobs is often very competitive. It really helps to be assertive and put yourself out there. Especially if you don't have a personal connection to the company.
