What I wish was different
As someone who is not religious, it would have been for the better to work at a non-faith based organization. With such a strong Christian presence, it often felt strange when religion was used by some staff as reasoning for action versus the language of human rights etc. More guidance from my internship supervisor; Not really present and therefore took on more responsibility due to his absence.
