For over 100 years, our philosophy of ministry has been all about sending transformed people into the communities of the world. We love to see them become instruments in the hands of God to bring about transformation. God has given every one of His people a set of gifts and passions!
WGM exists to help people find the intersection of their passion and God’s heart. WGM makes an impact by sending out passionate people to transform communities around the world. With this in mind, we’re excited to see how God multiplies this impact in the coming years.
As an interdenominational missions facilitating organization, we partner with individuals and groups to address the physical and spiritual needs of people and their communities. Currently WGM has global workers in over 27 countries, serving in a variety of professions and ministries.
