Absolutely nothing. This was a terrible firm with a very toxic environment, run by a cruel, egotistical, narcissist who has no idea how to manage people. I could not have had a worse first job experience out of college.
What I wish was different
Everything. This is a very, very terrible place to work. No one from Columbia should EVER waste their time applying to or even considering this firm. It is a waste on your talents.
Advice
Do not, in any circumstances, ever apply to or work for this firm. They will try to entice you with salary and it is NOT worth it. Avoid absolutely at all costs.
