I love the team of people that I work with, and I enjoy the projects I get to be a part of. I'm always learning new things.
What I wish was different
I wish I'd asked more questions from the beginning, and not been intimidated to ask for help when I needed it.
Advice
The greatest thing I've learned from this experience is the importance of constant learning and growth.

Water Resources Engineering Intern
June - August 2020 • Denver, CO
What I liked
I was really treated like a team member, not just an intern. I was thrown into a project and took on workload from everyone on the team.
What I wish was different
It was a very high stress environment with many deadlines and last minute changes.
Advice
If you don't understand what someone is asking of you, immediately ask clarifying questions. Embarrassment and other uncomfortable emotions are valid in this situation, but pushing past them to do a good job is worth it.
