“This internship allowed me to gain hands-on experience in both recruiting and HR. I began by learning to source candidates, maintain the firm's calendar and client databases. Once this was mastered I was given more responsibilities including screening candidates and helping to prepare the firm's training programs. All of my coworkers were great to work with and took the time to help me get the most out of my internship.
