The staff is amazing! The teamwork in the inpatient units is unlike any other job I've had. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help whenever needed.
What I wish was different
The benefits are not great.
Advice
Get to know your coworkers! Also, don't be afraid to ask questions because it's better to ask than to pretend to know what you're doing. You can go up to anyone and they will either help you or find someone that can.
