What I liked

The design projects for this company are incredibly high-scale and high-profile, it was interesting to see the projects from start to finish. Interns also get a good amount of hands on experience that could help in the professional world.

What I wish was different

I wish the intern program was developed more. The employees and owner mean well, but as this company is a small business, everyone is often preoccupied taking care of other work. Interns are sometimes left will little to no work to do, or work that is irrelevant to the professional world.

Advice

Be able to jump from project to project seamlessly. You will be working on many projects at once so organization is key.
