I loved the facility and the residents. It was a pleasant and friendly environment to work in!

What I wish was different

It is quite a far distance from my apartment, so a shorter commute in the mornings would be nice.

Advice

Being a nurse aid is very, very tough work physically and emotionally, but so rewarding!
