I love that I get to learn about WinCraft's system and how to navigate through it. My favorite part about the job is that it allows me to work on my assignments and classes while still gaining valuable work experience.
What I wish was different
The only thing I would change is have more notes about the system redly available to reduce the amount of times we might have to call the on-call programmer.
Advice
I’d encourage everyone to step outside of their comfort zone and embrace something new. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to learn everything this job entails, but with two great coaches to teach me the ropes, it was super easy and enjoyable to learn!

I like that the hours are super flexible. They will work with you and pretty much let you pick you're own hours if you're part time.
What I wish was different
Advice
I think it's a super good college job. During the school year, working around your classes is super easy. Being able to work second shift helps a lot with that as well.
