I liked that I got to pick my hours and that I am learning more about my future career field.
What I wish was different
I wish it had a slightly higher pay, because the work we do is very exhausting and requires a lot of patience and frustration.
Advice
I would give advice to people to be patient and to not give up on the children.

What I liked
I loved working with kids with special needs. Growing up means starting to get jobs you love and that have to do with what you want to do and I am lucky enough to have found both.
What I wish was different
I wish i would have started sooner! I had gotten the email many times but was slacking on applying.
Advice
Go after a job you love, even in college! It isn't all about the money, rather its about the experience and the knowledge you grow from it.
