What I liked

I liked how I could interact and share my softball experiences with younger athletes to prepare them for high school and college softball.

What I wish was different

I wish I was given an opportunity to coach girls who were older and have had more experience playing with this elite program.

Advice

Make sure you are committed to doing this job. It takes away a much of your summer, especially weekends and about 3-4 hours during the week.
