They actually let me build from the ground up. I wasn't fixated on small things. I really got to critically think and learn a lot about design and research.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been taught more and not to sink or swim on my own. I learned a lot but I taught myself much of what I learned.
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask questions! You are there to learn and they understand that. Also don't be afraid to take on big projects that you may feel like you're not qualified for.
