I love working with so many aides because much of what we do relies on great communication and teamwork. The physical therapists are amazing and are always willing to teach you something new.

If you’re someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment this is going to be a great experience. It can be overwhelming at first to see all the tasks we do as aides but you catch on really quickly.
