Don't waste your time here. They're getting sued for not paying out comissions and are overall a shady business from what I have seen

What I liked

I liked that I began to understand what working as a team meant. Even though I was not working in my desired field, I was able to see how team dynamics can affect how everyone works, and that a leader is only as strong as their weakest link. Learning that everyone's role is valued and necessary to keep a project running day in and day out is something else I gained from my time at Westgate.

What I wish was different

Advice

This is a relatively fast-paced environment, and you must be ready and willing to learn as you work. Attention t detail is a must when completing the tasks necessary for this role, and you may learn other positions the more proficient you become at your original tasks.

What I liked

Some of the kids we got were really cool and fun to hang out with, we did some type of fair each holiday for the guests.

What I wish was different

The management needs some serious work, I also wish are hours were different people might have used our services more often if we were open later.

Advice

It can be boring if no one is there, but it's amazing and fun when you get kids to come stay, and you'll meet a variety of people.
