This is a MLM (Multi-level marketing) firm which is basically the pyramid/Ponzi scheme's legal counterpart. Unethical and very shady, hidden business practices. They will do everything to hide the true nature of their business. They have countless different branches under different, generic, forgettable names and try to bribe new hires with the potential opportunity to climb up to management levels and open your own office within 1-2 years. They also make it a point to talk about the seemingly ridiculous amount of money that the managers make each week. They speak so highly of upward mobility within the company because if they were transparent about the job during the interview, no one would accept the offer.
You are expected to drive your own car to each sales location (usually a mall, grocery store, or Walmart) and gas and lunch are not compensated.
