What I liked
West Michigan Molding has a super friendly working environment! The staff is super nice, and they have bagel Thursday's. I got my own cubical with two computers and was able to really run with my projects on my own. The factory workers are also awesome and some love to talk if you ever need a break from working! It's an excellent first time internship for students. I had some engineering tasks, however I really got to experience many other aspects of the business as well.
