I had a great experience and learned a lot. I was able to actively participate in all aspects of Health and Safety responsibilities. The company had great people and they were very supportive and welcoming. Compensation was good.
What I wish was different
I just wish there had been a little more structure but I can’t blame them for that because the health and safety program had not been maintained adequately by previous manager.
Advice
Be open, active and don’t be afraid to get out and talk to other employees, learn as much as you can from everyone you interact with.
