I loved the culture, there were many friendly engineers to work with and learn from. I also really appreciated how the leadership gave me opportunities to try a variety of projects and go on tours. They really wanted me to have a good experience and checked in with me weekly.
What I wish was different
I wish I experienced their design process, but that was in another department and so that would be another internship to learn about that department.
Advice
You don't have to know what you want, you can learn that as you go. Try to go into opportunities with an open mind and excitement to try, fail,, and learn. Also, try to build a connection with others and learn what you don't like.

They were very interested in making me feel welcome and expanding my abilities as an engineer.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more useful.
Advice
As an intern, they don't expect you to know much. Just focus on working hard and learning everything you can. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
