Lots of responsibility, fast moving startup culture, big enough to have organizational structure, high standard for employees, engaging work environment, strong emphasis on community building.
What I wish was different
Projects tended to be mostly individual in nature, with collaboration with other employees but not true partnership.
Advice
Work hard, go out for coffee with as many people as you can, try to understand the business as a whole and not just the functions you're working on, ask questions early and often.
