I learned a lot about the banking industry as an intern. I really enjoyed meeting tons of new people and learning about their roles in the bank. Everyone I met gave great advice.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've had more interactions with the interns in other departments.
Advice
I would advise students to apply for all internships and to network with the people you meet, this will help you have connections after graduating from college.

Marketing Intern
May - August 2019 • Spokane, WA
What I liked
I really liked the team that I worked with and the various roles/tasks I was assigned.
What I wish was different
That there weren’t so many interns. At times it was hard to find work and things to do.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you need. It’s better to ask questions and do something right rather than going in blind and hoping for the best.
