I liked the independence the company gave me with my projects. I also enjoyed being treated as an equal to my fellow coworkers instead of the classic 'intern'.
What I wish was different
I wish I took the oppertunity to learn more about the instruments and data processing.
Advice
Take the oppertunty to meet everyone in the company and learn the instruments in the lab or the equipment on the production floor.
