At Washington Mills I enjoyed being able to work with people to solve various problems within the company and the ability to conduct my own research to look at material problems or new formulations. I enjoyed being able to apply my knowledge of Ceramic Engineering from Alfred to my job and seeing my growth in knowledge form the last 3 years.
What I wish was different
The only thing from my experience that I wish was different was that our department was fully staffed.
Advice
Go into every job, internship, and experience with an open mindset. because you never know what you may enjoy doing for a career.
