I enjoyed being able to learn about the music industry from professionals. Learning how to do digital marketing in the Christian music world was really cool. I was able to work on projects that was shown to thousands of people.
What I wish was different
Getting paid would have been nice, but the fact that I wasn't paid and I enjoyed it so much speaks volumes about the company. They were great!
Advice
I would tell students to not freak out. You don't know how to do everything yet. I was so scared going in because I didn't know how to do what was expected. Stay open minded and teachable and you'll end your internship with a different perspective.
