I loved the team work aspect of this job. There needs to be constant communication and checking in to make sure everything is running efficiently. I loved working with kids, supporting staff and figuring out issues.
What I wish was different
That this could be my job all the time :(
Advice
Be prepared. This job is the most fun and rewarding job I have ever had, but it's demanding. You will have only about 36 hours off each week. Being mentally prepared for long hours and hard work is crucial for a job like this.
