Everything was run very professionally and they made me feel very important to the camp. I felt comfortable being in charge of many students. The training was very strong and if I ever felt challenged, I was able to be supported by my team.
What I wish was different
There were times when I had to take care of 40+ students by myself during a night. Having consistently at least 2 people always on would've helped a lot.
Advice
Learn your place in your team. And then learn the place of other people. Everyone has different strengths. Understanding them and using that to your advantage will help everyone.
