About UW Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation

The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) is an independent global health research center at the University of Washington that provides rigorous and comparable measurement of the world's most important health problems and evaluates the strategies used to address them. IHME makes this information freely available so that policymakers have the evidence they need to make informed decisions about how to allocate resources to best improve population health.

Reviews

Research Intern

June 2017 - August 2017 Seattle, WA
“I liked that I was truly able to understand how my work fit in with the larger research project being conducted by my team. I also enjoyed that our internship provided career development sessions, in which we got to learn about other employees' experiences and the journey they went through to get to where they are now. I enjoyed that all interns in our cohort worked on different projects, so it was always fun to check-in with one another and learn about each other's work.”
